You will first be charged for the resources But, if you cancel them before midnight on the same day you will receive an automatic refund. You can add extra CPUs, Ram, and Hard Drives on the fly without needing to reboot.

If your German VPS needs permanent resources you can add additional Hard Drives and choose to partition these as you require. Additional hard drives are always provisioned on a different hard drive to your NVMe VPS. This is great if you want to store backups because you don’t need to transfer them offsite.
